No. The free plan needs no card. It shows what Riley can do and where you stand in Google and AI search in about 60 seconds. When you're ready, Starter is $99/month and Growth is $249/month.
No. Anything that matters waits for your sign-off: anything written or sent on your behalf, listing corrections, brand-mention responses, review replies. Riley drafts and proposes; you approve in Slack. The only exception is internal Slack messages to your own team, which Riley sends directly.

Start free, then Starter is $99/mo ($79.20/mo billed annually) for up to 10 clients plus your weekly receipt. Growth is $249/mo ($199.20/mo annually), the most popular plan, for up to 30 clients, adding the find-and-fix loop, monitoring, and authority work in Google and AI search. Studio is $499/mo ($399.20/mo annually) for up to 75 clients with deeper tracking. Agency is custom for larger rosters. A flat monthly rate per band, with no usage credits to track.
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal in your dashboard. Your work history and receipts export as CSV/JSON before cancellation, so you take your data with you.
Usage is the number of client locations you manage, and you pick the band that fits. There are no usage credits to track, and there's no charge for a proof event that never fired. Growth includes the find-and-fix loop, monitoring, and authority work in Google and AI search; Studio adds higher volume and deeper tracking. Within your band, use Riley as much as you need.
If your business handles protected health information (a dental practice or med spa, for example), a HIPAA BAA pathway is available. Every outbound message runs through a PHI scanner before send. Per-workspace egress policy (default / anthropic-only / local-only) gives you the tightest control if you need it. See /hipaa for the BAA terms.
In your own workspace, encrypted at rest. Sub-processor list at /trust. We don't train models on your data, and your data is never shared with other customers. Cross-customer learning is opt-in only via a separate toggle.
SOC2 Type 2 readiness work is in progress; timing is readiness-gated and we don't claim a certification before a completed report exists. Our /trust page shows the current in-audit status. We don't claim SOC2 in copy until it's signed.
Yes. Riley supports up to 3 locations. Each location gets its own Business Profile, brand voice, and approval queue, and the weekly receipt rolls all locations into one digest.
Talk to us. We support enterprise multi-location with custom pricing. Franchises and larger groups have specific requirements around data isolation and consolidated reporting.
Riley runs work end to end in the tools you already use. It drafts and sends messages on your approval, runs your find-and-fix loop, checks your listings for inaccuracies and drafts corrections, monitors the web and AI-search engines for mentions of your business, and does authority work to get you found in Google and AI search. Everything lands in your weekly receipt, and you approve drafts in Slack. Nothing that matters goes out without you.
Riley reads your Google Business Profile directly via OAuth, so most businesses (from restaurants to med spas to dental practices) don't need a separate review tool. If you already use Birdeye or Podium and want to keep them, Riley plugs in via webhook. We'll wire it up in your Slack channel.
You reject in Slack. Riley adjusts and re-drafts based on your feedback. Over time the brand-voice prompt sharpens. Negative reviews can be routed to you personally before Riley even drafts.
